GR8 Global takes a consultative approach to understand your talent needs and the type of work required. We then recruit professionals in the Philippines, India, or Latin America based on your preference. We act as the Employer of Record, handling all payroll, HR compliance, and corporate infrastructure (IT, Finance, Admin, HR, Quality). The goal is for these professionals to act as your own employees. The key difference is you avoid the HR compliance burden and setting up your own foreign entity.

The process starts with a deep dive into your business needs and growth strategy, including identifying opportunities you may not have considered. GR8 Global needs technical details from your IT team and contact info for key personnel to ensure smooth integration and communication, aiming to build a custom team with cost transparency.

GR8 Global’s model is to build dedicated, integrated teams for our clients. A professional is 100% dedicated to one client. They cannot be shared with other GR8 Global clients, though the client can assign them to different internal roles. This dedication ensures employees understand and work in your specific processes and culture while maintaining necessary levels of security compliance.

GR8 Global can provide an estimated cost for each role level, though costs can vary depending on the candidate’s location, exact experience, and skills. Monthly costs include a markup which can be lower for larger teams. We work with you to recruit and present candidates within your budget that meet your skill needs. You approve the final cost for each candidate before they are hired. In general, clients can see up to 50% cost reduction over domestic hires with similar experience and skill.

GR8 Global bills monthly in advance for all active professionals supporting your organization. Monthly fees are based on the agreed-upon rate for each professional and are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle.

For new engagements, billing is prorated for any partial month, ensuring you only pay for the time your professional is actively supporting your team during their first month.

A $2,000 refundable security deposit per professional is also required during the initial setup process. This deposit is held for the duration of the engagement and is fully refundable at the conclusion of the partnership, provided all financial obligations have been met and account terms are satisfied.

GR8 Global vets skills through a multi-step process: resume review, verification of education and previous employment, an HR interview, and a crucial technical interview conducted by a senior GR8 Global manager or director. This interview assesses if their understanding matches their claimed experience. We also utilize standardized tests for accounting related roles. If a hire doesn’t work out, we quickly replace them.

We assess cultural fit by first getting to know your company’s culture, goals, and processes during the initial onboarding phase. Further, we recommend hiring a manager-level professional first as they can help vet subsequent team members for alignment.

GR8 Global leverages a robust network of recruiters, industry connections, and strategic partnerships to identify qualified candidates for even the most challenging positions. Our sourcing strategy extends beyond traditional recruiting channels, allowing us to access specialized talent and niche skill sets quickly and effectively.

While every search presents unique challenges, our team has successfully met a wide variety of client hiring needs and has not encountered a major staffing request that could not be fulfilled. We partner closely with each client to understand their requirements and develop a customized recruiting approach that delivers the best possible talent.

The timeline depends on the roles being filled. When building a full team, a 90-day timeframe from signed agreement to being operational is standard, typically due to standard notice periods in various countries for higher level roles. For associate or executive assistant level roles, onboarding can happen within 30 days. We do not maintain a bench of idle staff; we recruit specifically for each client.

Your Client Success Manager will check in at least quarterly. These touchpoints are intended to share updates on GR8 Global as well as discuss your needs. Clients are encouraged to provide continuous feedback and discuss growth plans anytime, as your global team is a deeply integrated part of your operations..

GR8 Global’s infrastructure is built to scale quickly with no limitations. We have a large talent pool, recruiting staff, and technical resources (not a bench of idle staff). While we can hire rapidly (e.g., 100 people in 6 months), we advise on a pace that ensures successful change management and integration into your processes. Our consultative approach helps recommend a growth plan with the highest probability of success.

GR8 Global focuses on long-term hires, not seasonal contracts, but can explore short-term solutions from other clients or offer intern programs in urgent cases.
