James brings a wealth of leadership experience across operations, compliance, trading and investments, marketing, and growth in multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Agriculture. This diverse background has equipped him with the tools to lead complex initiatives and deliver results across fast-paced industries.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and an MBA with a focus in Finance and Economics, both from Rockhurst University.
